I found a great package on Priceline for a week in Rome @ the 4 star Boscolo Borromini with rt air on US Airways for $997. Sounds like a good deal.

Anyone know if this is indeed a good hotel?

Just want to be sure before any final decisions are made.

Also, are flights on priceline upgradeable? US Airways is partnered with UA, so could I use my UA miles to upgrade?
