Unfortunately your post is very confusing.

By "US route" do you mean the US domestic portion of a ticket marketed by OZ which originates outside the US or do you mean a ticket from Asia to the US?

In any event, your allowance will be the base allowance for the class of service for the first segment of the marketing carrier. You will in addition receive an additional baggage waiver for on OS for your AS Gold status. However, *S does not get you any additional baggage waiver on other *A carriers.
