Row 16 middle set of 4 seats has more leg room than any other seat in rows 17, 18 and 19. I was in the PE mini cabin (Aisle seats, couldn't get Row 16 free as a lowly Gold at T-24) couple of weeks back twice and saw some people comfortably crossing from one side of the cabin to the other side using the row 16 middle bulkhead with everyone seated.
