MOHK continues to be my favourite in HK too, although I did think to myself when I was there last weekend that I wouldn’t mind a little mid-life refresh in the room decor.

I think the service is wonderful (after a bit of a decline a few years back). I have never been denied a late check-out (which is necessary as my usual flight to Australia departs in the evening), the spa always seems to make sure my preferred therapist is available, and I can always snag a table at M Bar.

I don’t think there is any reason to bother with the food at TUH, although the cocktail list in the bar is very good!

Over at the FS, I thought Caprice was improved from my last visit, and I’d like to give a special shout out to the sommelier, whose childhood connections in Burgundy make for the chance to try some very interesting wines by the glass!
