I have a lifetime United Club Membership (bought it when it was still Continental) and in 2013 later got the United Club Card ($450 annual fee) with the promise that the AF would be $100 for the life of the card - since I didn't need the lounge component of the card. I was given a letter from Chase detailing this and all was good until this year when the annual fee hit for $450. Multiple reps have told me that the AF should remain $100 and have escalated it up but haven't gotten confirmation of this for the past 2 months. Anyone else in the same boat? Any ideas on who I would email or call about this?
