I know they do re-check for those arriving on INTL UA flights at terminal B, but does anyone know if I'm originating at EWR can I check luggage at Terminal B, clear security a B then hop on the Shuttle Bus over to C?

(the UA maps seem to indicate a check in counter on Arrivals level) along with Delta (which doesn't have one listed on the departures level)

If I can't check luggage and just do carry on would TSA have any issue with this?

Lately Terminal C has been a disaster with Pre-Check, just trying to think if this would be a good alternate..
