I expect to be bumped into, and bumped with bags, but if I get hit or shoved repeatedly or really hard, when the person doing the hitting or shoving must know what he’s doing, I get annoyed.

If you get shoved or whacked hard in this situation, what’s the best thing that you say or do to get the person to stop? “Sir, please be a bit more careful; that was a hard thwack”?

I fly a lot. Never have this happen. Ever. The problem doesn't seem to be the other passengers around you.
