Thank you Peter. I really appreciate this. I am going to look at some of the other companies instead (There are a few at a similar level). It's a world (the OTA) is one I've never looked at before. Problem is the saving is massive against the BA.com fare and very very tempting.
I'm sure there are plenty of OTA's who are excellent/very good but as a leisure traveller I just book mine usually direct with the airline if I can. I'm extremely fortunate as I can travel outwith peak periods and when I want as I work for myself. Plus there are limitations if you use one and have mixed carriers and then you can't UuA but I have used Trailfinders amongst others before a few times and I found them to be excellent, professional and wiling to help
