Is it possible to book LGW-TPE-BKK and SIN-TPE-LGW with CI? I can get a route and price on ITA Matrix but neither the CI app or website allows me to select this.

Tried calling the CI London sales office but their phone robot keeps cutting me off even though it says I am the first in the queue with a 15sec estimated wait time. Very difficult to get through to a sales office person.
