A few months after staying at the Cavalieri and answering one of their surveys (Not sure if it was during the stay, or after my return) I got a nice note saying that they appreciated my compliments, and that they knew when a Diamond gave them high marks, they'd done a good job. They even responded to some of the points I made, like how the shuttle should run more often (apparently they heard that before, because they say they've increased the number of runs), etc.

I was impressed that someone had taken the time to respond, I'm pretty sure it wasn't a form letter -- at least, not entirely.

Every so often I'll get an email prior to a stay saying how the hotel is looking forward to my visit, etc. I assume it's a form letter though. ?
