But the poster still seems to believe a member may get credit for both a legacy and a new program year despite it seeming like the member would be getting credit twice for the same nights. If the poster doesn't want to to believe what is written he can always ask the Lurker. You would think if members were going to get double credit for nights there wouldn't be threads in both the Marriott and SPG boards with many people looking to get a year's credit in each program to get from nine to ten years without mentioning this.
