I will happily continue to use Whatsapp as long as it remains popular and usable (i.e. no pop up ads interrupting communication). I have never used Facebook so there's no issue with personal information. And I travel all over the world so I have no problem with FB having my location information as it will become stale every week or so. Actually I wouldn't care even if I didn't travel. You know your phone company knows where you are all the time anyways.
