So for Gold, is a spouse an Authorized Operator, or must a spouse be registered as an Additional Authorized Driver for no charge? For some years I have been assuming the former. But at the moment I can't verify that. Anyone have definitive information. Oh, I mean outside of California and Iowa of course.
