I didnt do a vid. Which is a shame on hindsight. Truth is I wouldn't walk away without a receiving the receipt after this story. I did pay with Amex and I spoke to them. They have disputed it and I have also opened a case with Avis themselves to dispute it. Will have to wait and see.

Just as a P.s on the the invoice that they send me they give the car return time as 30mins after I actually returned it. Which is weird unto itself.
