ZRH F lounge works like that. In ZRH the F lounge has its dedicated security & immigration (downstairs) where you're escorted to and then off to drive to the plane. If it's an F-heavy flight, you might have to put up with a Merc minibus instead of the Porsche or the Merc limo. I understand FRA F is similar.
In FRA if the HEL plane arrives at tarmac, you can not get a limo drive directly to the FCT, but nearby at the main terminal and have to walk a few hundred meters. Departure takes place like described above.
