Similar question for Madagascar which is 12 hours 40 minutes, although I'm sure there's less experience there.
I would have your card ready in SEZ. I transited NBO en route NBO-SEZ for ~14 hours and had to show my card while waiting in line for immigration based solely on the originating country.
