On hold with BA at the moment. They have acknowledged "a glitch" basically my wife surname + infant son hit a character limit. They are fixing the issue but can't put my wife's surname properly.
Apparently infant tickets get the format Adult + Infant names.
In the case of my wife it is AdultFirstName AdultSurname1 AdultSurname2 de AdultSurname3 ChildFirstName ChildSurname1 ChildSurname2 haha so no surprises there. Happy they will fixed it without issues or cost to me.
