It's showing as my details "Mr FirstName Surname" instead of my wife and my infant son as randomly "M R Two" + Surname. No idea where it has gotten the M R Two from at all...

I selected correctly my wife and son so am now confused with what's happened with the booking. Any advice? Any call centre open that I should speak or should I speak to the UK office tomorrow morning?

Finally if I cancel the flight within the 24 hours as mentioned on the email "Please check the details of the items purchased are correct. If you have made a mistake, you may cancel your flight booking and claim a refund without penalty, up to 24 hours from when you made the original booking. Refunds under these circumstances can only be requested by calling our contact centres." would that mean I would lose the fare I held. It's currently £400 up now.

Thanks
As long as this is just a hold booking theres no need to worry, you can enter correct names when you confirm the booking. Might be better to call to do this though in case there are further issues.
