A few years ago, a hot-selling business book theorized that companies should NOT cater to frequent purchasers. Instead, cater to folks who "influence" purchases. CK was an unofficial level for many years prior. But it's an eerie coincidence that a management strategy book says to chase Influencers not Purchasers, and then CK becomes a prominent strategy for AA.
Thus ... maybe the easiest way to CK is to write a management advice book which tells businesses to chase people who fit your exact profile.
