I wonder how you get the bus cheaper? It is generally 3100 yen to central Tokyo for the limousine bus and the NEX is about 2900. Can't remember the last two digits.
But convenience really depends on where you are. For me it is 1h15 for Narita by taxi/bus to Narita. And I avoid the commuter trains to Haneda which are a pest if you have luggage and have to go in rush hour. Of course Haneda does offer the option to take a taxi all the way without breaking the bank.
