Thanks for the replies. And apologies for the stringy format of my post. It was done in the Am hours and after a severe shock at seeing the £1000 charge on my CC. My question is more a question of Law. Does the Rental have the company have the right to spring damages that they didn't notice and/or weren't pointed out to me and subsequently I never signed for.
