Not for my kiddo who got an email saying her flight is delayed by 2 hrs.... had the worst customer serve ever, and no plane in sight. Glad that I delayed our flight from Paris, one can't count on BA anymore.

I had liked the original post from
Petrus so hadn't mentioned that my 6th June transiting through LHR was also an unpleasant experience - one of the worst I have had with BA - and an arrival some 5 hours late in the end

But I am glad someone was having such a good day
