Called Delta Customer Care today.

Initially got offered $200 travel credit for the delay and a refund TBD of the difference in fare from Delta One MSP-HNL to first/coach MSP-LAX-HNL.

I felt that was not adequate so asked about EU261 and got transferred to Air France.

Per agent, I should be getting exactly what SDQBound posted:
- €600
- $200 travel voucher
- Refund of fare difference TBD
She just needs to confirm on some grid that the delay qualifies.

I'm surprised Delta isn't more generous w/ travel credits instead of paying out cash.
