Unless it were late at night or before 6am, I would take the E to 74thSt/Jackson Heights to the Q70 bus which is a limited bus going directly to Terminals B, C, & D. For the Marine Air Terminal, take the Q47 bus.

I have no patience for traffic and travel lightly which is why I recommended the above. If travel is late at night/before 6am, take a taxi or Lyft.
