Scroll down to the bottom of the Agoda page until you see the section called PointsMAX. Velocity is listed as one of a fairly good choice of airlines you can earn points with.

When you actually log in to the Agoda website, you can choose Velocity. It seems appears to have to be selected as part of your Agoda profile. Also, points aren’t earned on all rates; the cheapest rates don’t qualify at all. The number of points you will earn appears in the hotel choices along with the rate.

Virgin dont seem to plug Agoda anymore. I guess they want you to choose Virgin holidays maybe. There are no links transferring you from the velocity site.You can still earn points though. I have.
