I have only received a letter from Palmer House in advance of my one and only stay there --and I was HH Gold then. I'm fairly regular at a couple Hilton properties, but have never got that kind of letter in advance from anywhere else. Agreed that the letter has an impact far greater than what it must cost for the mail merge to churn them out.
