Customer services have confirmed that this flight is cancelled from October. The only offered options are a laborious reroute through DFW or a refund. BA took money from me for this flight earlier today. Very shoddy business practices indeed.
That's hardly fair. There has to be a gap between a company making a decision and the consequences finding its way to people taking payments etc. `they don't have all the call centre staff sat in the meeting with them
