I bought a luggage scale when i had an AirAsia flight booked a few years ago. Tape measure sounds to be a good investment too. I bet in the next week or so AS changes boarding time until an hour before departure too.
30 to 35 minutes actually. The back/front half of the plane could become unclear if a plane has an even number of rows if you used to book row 20 to guarantee bin space.
