Can you elaborate a little on their nickel & dime process in your stay? Was it the food, drinks, etc.? And if this nickel & dime wasn't a factor, would you otherwise recommend this property? - Coffee pods in the room are €2. The first time I have come across a 5* charging for coffee pods.
- They refuse to give more then 1 bottle of 500ml water per person per day.
- The hotel was meant to have a heated pool which they never heated and the water was freezing. The kids only went swimming once.
- My toddler is a fussy eater and they refused to let us carry her left over coco pops so she can eat in the room later.
When you are paying $800 a night for a hotel room you expect them not to do these things.
