So by April 2018 only 380 cases have been cleared!
Also its sad that MEA thinks that making people wait for almost a year is acceptable in order to "vet"
He didn’t say how many of those c. 380 reports back to CBP were for Indians not exclusively resident in India and how many of those were for people given GE approval. Reported back cases may not necessarily equate to GE approval.
