Seems like AS is still having problems confirming JL award space. I can see seats through BA, AS and QF but booking fails on AS after entering payment details. Seats disappear from inventory on all sites then pop back up after 30mins-1hr. Is there any known workaround for this? Can AS call centre do anything about it?
No issues for me on the 2 F HND-SFO but I did get an error booking One JL F HND-LAX in September. I just waited about 10 minutes and then processed the purchase again from the Cart. Second time it processed no problem and returned both AS & JL record locators.
