Thanks folks. I am closing the loop in case anyone finds in the future. JetBlue was able to associate with my TrueBlue account by changing my name in my account to be smooshed firstmiddle, then bringing the ticket over, and unsmooshing my name in my profile. This still however showed that my name was smooshed for the ticket, had no seat assignment, and every option for managing the ticket was unavailable when viewing from my account. I was able to check in successfully however from the normal check in page and we did get TSA Pre and the seats I selected on Chase are the ones that we were assigned. I assume the first step was not necessary for the latter two pieces, but should make getting travel credit to my TrueBlue account easier.
Unfortunately in my case it is all moot as I am throwing away my ticket because my travel plans have changed and I no longer need this flight.
