I know that you had a Revolut card before as I did. Why would you think that it would be chip & signature? It was always chip & pin when I used it in Europe and the UK. Why do you think that would change. When Revolut comes to the USA is anybody's guess. I wish it would be soon. Of course, Schwab is a better choice. I was thinking of something quick. I think the OP lives outside of a big city. So he has to travel to Seattle to a Schwab office. That is if Seattle even has an office. Where I live Schwab has an office, but only one person works there. It is one room with a cubicle. I would just hate anybody waiting to hear my conversations.
