I am getting ready to book an award through ANA for the first time. Monday evening, I transferred points from my partner's Amex account (I'm an authorized user on one of his cards) to my ANA account. A few minutes later I transferred the remainder of the points necessary for our booking from my own Amex account to my ANA account. Last night, the points I transferred from my partner's account posted, but the transfer from my account still hasn't. I did some googling and found some FT posts suggesting that ANA may only accept one Amex transfer incoming to an ANA account per 48 hours. Is this the case and does it apply to transfers from two different Amex accounts? If so, that's incredibly annoying as it's not written down anywhere that I found when getting ready to initiate the transfers. How long will I have to wait to get this resolved and will I ultimately be able to make the transfer go through from my Amex account? Thanks in advance!
