GRU Sao Paulo Lounges with Priority Pass
I've never been to airport lounges before. We (family of three) will fly through GRU next month with 7 hours between flights on the way in (Terminal 3 international arrival and into Terminal 2 domestic departure) and 5 hours on way back (Terminal 2 into Terminal 3).
There is an option to get a credit card with $140 annual fee and 6 complimentary Priority Pass visits per year. So I'm guessing that it might be nice to get that card and use those 6 visits for our family trip, and make use of that annual fee (there are some other benefits, but it's not important).
I believe that we'll need domestic lounge in Terminal 2 on the way in, and international lounge in Terminal 3 on the way back.
According to Priority Pass website, there are GOL Premium Lounge in Terminal 2 , "domestic departures only" and Executive Lounge in Terminal 3, "international flights only"'.
Questions for you, dear experts:
Terminal 3 Exec. Lounge for international flights:
1. GRU Airport website says that Lounge is open 7am till 2pm (do they close at 14:00 for real?), Priority Pass website shows 7am-3am for the same lounge.
Which schedule is correct?
2. "Access may be restricted due to space constraints" - how bad might it be on Sunday afternoon?
Terminal 2 GOL Premium Lounge for domestic departures:
1. The lounge is listed on Priority Pass website, but GRU Airport website doesn't say that it's available for Priority Pass members.
Which is correct?
Is there anything else which is important to know but I did not ask about?
Thanks a million!
