Having said that I like to sleep in a cold room and don’t recall having any issues. But I didn’t try pushing it to your levels of preferred frigidity.
It’s during the very hot day that most concerns me; that’s when I’d need to know the air con truly works to keep the room comfortable for me (at least 70 F I’d hope). I’d hope that nights would allow 68 F or less, either naturally or via the air con.
