When i was at this property in March. I asked if there is any chance of a suite upgrade during check in and i was told that for platinum elite member they would only do a 2 category upgrade despite the app showing availability of suite. I did not prusue the matter with the FDA after knowing I am getting nowhere with it.
This is when I'd take the two-category upgrade then once I'm in the room call and ask for the manager on duty. If we don't push back the next guy suffers.
