Enterprise/Alamo exaggerated damage fees
For many years Enterprise/Alamo (ERAC) went infamous for their non-proportional damage fees (this information is easily googlable) and then they came up with so called damage evaluator (which can also be easily googled by "enterprise evaluator"). The trouble though is that they do not use it any more (well, at least not in Europe) and totally abandoned the normal wear-and-tear concept - any scratch now costs!
How much should a less than 1/2 inch wheel rim scratch cost? A wildest guess?
