Has anybody traveled with a small pet in the cabin on Finnair flights? It's been over 10 years since I flew with one, and now I need to transport 2 cats on an intra-Nordic flight, in their separate cabin bags. The flight is sold by AY but operated by Norra, and the plane type (unless it changes) is an Embraer 190. The maximum height is given as 25 cm for AY but Norra's limit is 20 cm. I have 2 questions:
- Has anybody had any issues with fitting a pet on an Embraer 190? If my work bag of 30 cm fits upright I don't understand why the limit is 20.
- Could anybody tell me where to find the history of aircraft types operated on the HEL-BLL route? In case they change from Embraer to ATR-72 which would be awful for the poor cats.
