Enterprise also does a huge business with insurance companies providing loaner vehicles. That is a large part of their customer base it seems at least in the NYC area. That and Enterprise does do plenty of corporate contracts.

See both types when going to rent at Enterprise here in NYC; them and the fact Enterprise is a bit more flexible with doing cash reservations than National. You have to bring the proper paperwork however.
