+1 for TPA, clearing immigration is much quicker than MCO so despite the slightly longer drive you will arrive at Disney at a similar time. We got an unbelievable deal from NCL over Easter 2016, this involved a LHR/LGW connection but was worth the inconvenience as it was about 1/3 the price ex-LON.
