Then when the guest contacts Marriott they can tell him that. Granted it is not included in the terms but it still shows on the site. Most other hotels follow this policy. If Marriott is advertising something that a specifically include hotel is ignoring Marriott should know.
And PP is not mentioned in the T&Cs at all, so either you have to accept that PP is eligible for all P benefits or assume PPs are not supposed to get extra bonus points, 48 reservations, the reservation guaranty, etc. Given Marriott's years of granting P benefits to PPs it is safe to assume they are included.
