So your bank will not let you take cash out from a Citibank, or Barclays, or BNP, or HSBC ATM in Greece? Is this a small regional bank or CU?

I find it useful to have multiple accounts at different banks where I keep funds in case an ATM is lost, or there's an outage, or one where I don't get charged foreign transaction fees for withdrawals, etc. With the recent Visa outage in Europe, I'm now glad to have a bank that provides me with a Mastercard debit card as well.
