Properties can make their own policy, but they are not entitled to dictate Marriott policy
Marriott promotes its policy that in Asia Plats are entitled to a suite UG when available.The
Marriott Rewards Asian Pacific Suite Upgrade Policy which specifically includes Singapore and the Marriott brand. Please reach out to Marriott and let them know this hotel makes stuff up and does not follow the Marriott policy.
