Several years ago while changing planes in LAX and connecting between AS and NZ we were sent down by elevator into a tunnel. A people mover vehicle was waiting at the elevator and drove to the next terminal. We have tried to find that service, but can't remember where the elevator is--can anyone here help us with this. We are older and the walk from AS to NZ is quite a slog with luggage.

We have not been back since new terminals completed and any information about connecting between these two carriers would be very helpful.
