No.

Does a King room guarantee a bed of a certain size?
No. If you get the room it means you get a King bed, however I'm pretty sure Hilton doesn't even guarantee that you will necessarily get the bed type you book (some other chains do).

No. If the room descriptions are "1 King Bed" and "1 Queen Bed" (or "2 Queen Beds") they are likely identical rooms with the only difference being the number and size of beds.

but where do Deluxe and Superior rooms fit in?
Wherever the individual property wants them to. At some hotels their base room is "Deluxe" because it sounds fancy.
