I have lately been receiving such letters, but only from the Hampton where I stay about once a month (Vacaville, CA). Now that I think about it, I have not had any other reservations in that period of time, so I would not have heard from any other properties. I always thought it was something the local HI GM did because I was a "regular", but perhaps it is a new service that HH has just recently started up?
