Hello, Hopefully someone can help me with this. My mom booked a round trip flight through cheap tickets.com to Spain in October. Round trip from SFO for $460 seemed too good to be true and it has been nothing but a hassle since. She just got an email from Norwegian stating that her confirmed return flight has been changed to two days later and she is almost in tears about what to do. Calls to cheap tickets say that we need to talk to Norwegian. Calls to Norwegian go unanswered, meanwhile they are asking her to input her passport information within 72 hours. If she does this is it tacit information that she is accepting the change? Can she get a refund or at least money for a hotel the extra days? Any advice is welcome. Thanks
