The AY seat actually has specifically the same base as the CX seat, which would be the Zodiac Cirrus. Yet unlike the CX seat, the AY one lacks a closable cupboard adjacent to the side table (which would have been very useful to store certain things), and the AY (and QR too) seats also lacks the privacy wing on the upper part of the seat which makes the seat much less private when in upright mode.
