i tried to transfer some star points to AS last night. It has been a few years since I did this, but I thought that last time the points balance immediately shows the loss (even though it takes a few days for the transfer to complete). My balance has not changed.
It also showed a message at the end saying “please review your transaction. A confirmation email will be sent to your email on file.”
is this normal? I haven’t received an email.

Well I called in Tuesday morning and there wasn’t no record of the transfer request, so I guess I answered my own question! It’s not normal. I re-requested the transfer while on the phone and she said 2-4 days. Today, still nothing has transferred, I guess I’ll wait til Monday while someone else grabs those 2 CX business seats I wanted.
